Why is it that some people don't want to pay. I don't get it, although it's only happened to me once and that was subbing to a plumber who got paid by the customer, packed up his business and never paid me. If they went to work for a week and their boss wouldn't pay them would they just accept it? I think not!!!!

The guy I'm working for now on a cottage renovation comes on a Friday afternoon and pays everybody for the week and all materials. The week before last he gave me 2 weeks pay so he was a week in front, not bad.

I finished one job today by lunchtime, started another by 1.40 and measured and quoted two jobs on way home from work( bagged them too).
Then tonight i get a call about a massive house, looking at it now tommorow but can't even do it for at least 6 weeks !#
Still going well here.
But peoples first pay is showing.

I still can't believe that non payment of a service isn't considered theft, if I walked out of a shop with a TV under my arm, I'd get arrested. How are non payers any different to thieves?
