I wouldnt want to do it myself. as a window cleaner i thought up a great invention to make ladder use 100% safe but after researching patterning it etc its soooo expensive i'd rather pass the idea on to someone else in exchange for a little help. i'm not a risk taker at all and bread on the table is more important to me. i'm one of life's grafters. i know your all thinking plum!!

it help calculate the number of tiles needed and also works out the dimensions of each tile cut.

haven't got an igloo as to weather there's one like it.

i'm not going to pursue the idea guys. its just an idea, i get them all the time but as i said i've not the time or money to do anything with them. lol

anyone who has the ability and funds to pursue it is more than welcome to speak to me and come to some kind of agreement.

I thought of a new invention to aid tilers today. anyone know of a tile tool manerfactors that would like to make it?
If you haveseriously got something that you think is unique and viable, I strongly recommend that you go see a solicitor as your first port of call. Ask him/her to draft you up a confidentiality agreement and get whoever you talk to to read and sign it first before disclosing any details at all about your idea.

Also talk to him/her about how you may best protect your idea. you say you want to pass the idea on to someone else as you only want "bread and butter" on the table.

How would you feel if your invention was such that whoever you "passed it on to" was actually going to be "building a bakery" from the money you may have been making.

If it is that good, follow it through. At the moment you have not lost anything and potentially you could have enough bread and butter to last the rest of your life!

GG i hear ya Mr but its just an idea and it will involve some one to do the technical development. i know all about disclaimers as i got one made up for my 'ladder safe' but never showed it to any one. lol

as for 'bread and butter' yea i know what your saying but i'm not sure if just an 'idea' would get some one to part with any dough (see what i did there lol) because they would have to develop it.
