Job lead in West London

I've just seen a job in West london which is a bit outside of my scope. It's in the area outside someone's house. It involves taking up existing quarry tiles and putting new ones down( about 10sq.m.). The job would involve laying new concrete because there was a leak to the mains so it had to be dug up to fix.
It's an insurance job but if anyone's interested, please let me know and I can give more details.
