Just set my new Dewalt 24000 up

I've just set up my Dewalt 24000 I was shocked at first by how big it looks!

either I'm small or the bloke in the dewalt video is big, it just dont look that big in the video when he's setting it up!

cant wait to use it :drool5:

is it right the main body just sits in the tray or have I missed something

Yes, it just sits in the tray.. there are locating lugs to sit on..

yeah took the plunge, it's alot of money to spend but I'm fed up with buying cheap and therefore buying twice!

What exactly is this Dewalt machine? How does it differ from a normal wet wheel cutter?

Basically the wheel is overhead as in a chopsaw style and the tile is placed on a moveable sliding bed which pushes the tile through the wheel. It also has a drop saw method to plunge cuts.
