Kitchen floor with uhf price enquiry

I have to price a 31msq floor, with 25msq ufh. The floor consists of 12msq 25mm ply, 5msq quarry tiles (very sound and sturdy), and the rest is concrete. I am going to board out with marmox boards, of 4mm & 6mm, to make up any height differences. put down the ufh, and slc. Lay 31msq porcelain, and include a expansion joint where the ply meets the concrete. The price i'm thinking of charging is £2600, that includes all mats, but not tiles, do you think thats about right. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
