The thing is with our town centre is they sold it off to a london based company called Freshwater and they never did the up keep that well and also doubled if not tripled the ground rates...And this drove some companies to shut shop..

So as they shut , the charity shops move in.. free rates etc etc.. so all the good shops that i grew up with were no more..

The new town centre looks great from the plans done, but lets see who will take up the shops/units etc..
