Kudos aqua4ma boards

[Dougs Third Go]

Has anyone tiled onto these? and if so what addy did you use? Contractor says that they've used these in the past and found that a normal spf addy struggled to set onto them so he's keen to use a rapid set. I phoned kudos and they said that a normal spf is fine. I don't fancy using a rapid set on walls in summer so I was thinking of maybe using a S2 adhesive such as tilemaster ultimate. Any thoughts appreciated folks

I normally use rapid set. But I'm sure any SPF would still set. The boards are impervious to water.

Hi Doug..
Tilemaster will do you a retarded setaflex adhesive which gives you a couple of hours bucket life!
It's minimum order of 25 bags though?im using it at the mo.

Not used those boards Doug but I can't see why a slow set wouldn't adhere to them even if they are impervious to water.

I tiled the walls and floor on a one a couple of years ago using Weber Set.Rapid SPF without any problems.
