Leaking tap, faulty cartridge? Discussion Thread

I've got a kitchen tap that leaks from the handle on the cold side only when the tap is on at medium to full blast.

can see exactly where its coming from but a fairly fast drip is coming out here

ive tried removing the cartridge, dismantling it, descaling and rebuilding it with new o rings but that didn't resolve the problem so i was going to just replace the cartridge entirely.

Wanted to check if there's anything else to check/try to fix before getting a replacement?

Also what parts of the existing cartridge do I need to measure to ensure i buy the correct sized replacement?
