Checkout the above link - this is Google's listings of one certain camera software that can display the camera images online (for the owner to see in most cases presumably - though some are no doubt live on purpose).

You may need to click yes to install ActiveX and they may take some time to load. Some of the camera's in stores and stuff are password protected but some in cities are an awesome find!

Checkout some of the major cities security cameras.

Warning to some: you could be watching for hours! lol.

I got bored looking at them after a bit but I found a few in airports and shopping centres. Some sunny, some snowing, some day some night, some chinese some american. Interesting for a few minutes lol.
