hi guys, in the past 6 month i been living in the hell.
back from holiday I discovered my house under the water.:yikes:
lucky me I got insurance.
anyway last week the builder finish the job to my house and i discovered that all ground floor wasn't done well, all porcelain tile are not flash each other (some of them have 2mm different in height ), now the big problem is that in main area there is an underfloor electric heating .:mad2:
my builder say that "maybe" few tile are not well laid .rrr:
now 4 different people come to see the job and every one judge the job as shame.
OK my question is
in the specification from insurance on the ground floor was suppose to be half tile(ceramic) and half in laminate without underfloor heating , I did pay extra the builder for tile ,labour and underfloor heating .
Now, can I ask the builder to re-done all floor with the underfloor heating without pay any extras?
thank you:cool2:
p.s.
sorry for my English
