long Z bar

anyone know if you can get a 3m long Z bar, most ive seen are only 2.8m

Never seen one longer than 2.8. That's a wide transition

its for a conservatory, going from the lounge stright into the cons., 3m transition, will have to go to plan B and look into a custom made wooden one..

Is it for carpet to tile or carpet to laminate?

carpet / tiles, theres allready a wooden transition there now, but its about 8 inches wide, and they wanted a Z bar if poss, but plan B would be to cut the wood down to a thiner size, the carpet is new and has gripper along the wooden transistion so not much work involed refitting the thiner wood..

Think that will be your best bet Andy. 9' (2.7) seems to be the longest available Z bar or T Bar.
