hi there,
Ive posted a lot of info on the forum but will attach pics of cracked tiles to give an idea of problem.We have 60x60 cm porcelain floor tiles in kitchen and hallway. the tiles are cracking and the grout is drying up and coming out.They are laid over hardibacker board,below that 18mm plywood then water underfloor heating over joists.this was completed over 2 yrs ago, cracks appeared last year and more this year.the hall is fine apart from some drying grout.
We took up one of the tiles today see pics.
would be grateful if floor tilers could contact Rosi at [email protected] to have a look and see how problem can be best resolved.
