Try the planning office for all new building work.
Your best route should be the repeat business of the tiling trade. Make a few % on costs, get paid on collection/delivery (ie no credit) and they will keep coming back.
If you offer the tilers a back up service for their customers without trying to pinch them ie loyalty card scheme you could build up nicely.
Don't make the mistake of cheap tiles and expensive adhesive.
Good service, something different, free coffee - free coffee - Oh! - and Free Coffee!

Sorry Deano but the machine that puts out the liquid in Newcastle (and that has nothing to do with the area) should be sued under the misrepresentation of goods - when I talk coffee - it has to be a minimum of cafetiere.
I know I sound ungrateful as its free, but a tiler has to have standards, and even my customers get to mix the smell of fresh ground coffee with tile adhesive.
