Hi everyone new to this and I'm sure it'll be beneficial. I'm from East Kilbride and restarting my business after a two year break. im looking to sub contract for any large tiling contractor to get back on my feet anywhere in the uk,guess I'm chasing the money for now.the money offered ie london I felt was disappointing,the same I was charging 18 years ago when I first started out,I won't put the price up but if anyone can advise or help

Davie - perhaps you are not aware that their has been a recession on for the last 5 years and that would normally mean little or no construction with lots of competitive prices.
It'll take a while for the rates to find their correct level but in the meantime it's still a supply and demand issue!

My prices are getting higher and higher this year so hopefully it's returning to normal.
