Have recently been asked to clean up a terracotta floor that has had LTP colour intensifier over applied and now there is a horrible grey shiny bloom on alot of the tiles. I've used 8 to 1 mix of LTP power stripper which didn't remove the bloom and then a stronger mix of 1 to 4. But that still hasn't worked. Any recommendations on what I can use to remove it? White spirit perhaps. At my wits end. The floor is newly laid and had one coat of sealant on it before the LTP colour intensifier was applied about a week later. Have phoned LTP and they've just advised to use the power stripper which hasn't worked.
Any advice gratefully received!
