Magnetic Business Cards

Does anyone use these?
Has anyone considered using them?

My mate prints them and has offered me a good deal. They seem like a good idea, as customers will, hopefully, stick them to the fridge and remember / recommend me .

Anyone got any feedback before I commit my cash?

IMO its a good idea,depends how much he charges...i tiled a vets this time last year and his cards were the magnetic ones and i still have one on the side of the microwave.If you have the cash to splash then go for it.Give them to customers to start with.

Had some myself and any customers with loads of fridge magnets would stick one on, saves them losing it somewhere

I think they are a good idea, I'm just too tight to invest in them. i have also seen business cards that are min CD's too which you can have a marketing blurb or video burnt onto them.

I would consider it, especially as I do a lot of work across other trades.

There is the potential for repeat business, so my number stuck on someone's fridge or such like is probably a good idea.

take one to every tile shop in your area. i'm guessing there rather stick one of them on the back of a till that a paper one!

a m8 of mines girlfriend makes coasters with his company logo and name on an gives them to customers when he has finished a job. but the magnets are also a good idea.

I've got some ordered from Vistaprint, give them to people I think might give me repeat work, rather than initial contacts. Also have some postcard size one, useful for noticeboards shop windows.

i get my business cards from vista print as well and i ordered the fridge magnet calenders just before christmas and im handing them to customers its a great idea they all seem happy to take one hope it brings imn some business!:8:
