I often criticise when I get crap service but I also think praise is due for great service so:
I would like to thank Makita UK for the service I received from them. After a small debate they agreed that the charger on my drill should be replaced free of charge.
They even offered to collect and deliver free of charge by courier. In the end I decided to drive to Milton Keynes and pick it up.
Particular thanks to Jill in Customer Services, Bob in the Workshops and Ray in the Service Department.
Because of this I will now purchase the new Makita BHP451RFE3.
