In a cost-saving climate their inexpensive, high performing KERACOLOR range of grouts are increasingly popular. This versatile, cementitious range includes an 18-colour spectrum and can be applied on interior and/or exterior, floors and walls, for joints of varying sizes in assorted materials. KERACOLOR FF is polymer modified, with DropEffect® water-repellent technology making it less prone to dirt surface contamination.
This fine grain product (with smooth finish), for tile joints up to 6mm is available in 18 colours to compliment or contrast with any colour scheme in bathrooms, kitchens, showers or swimming pools. Suitable for the same applications, but with a larger grain for grouting wide joints from 4-15mm, is KERACOLOR GG. When mixed with FUGOLASTIC liquid additive, the flexibility, abrasion resistance and grout compactness are improved and porosity and water absorption reduced. Both products have been used on a wide range of projects including T5, Wembley Stadium and The Metro Centre.
For more succinct requirements, KERACOLOR SF is a superfine grout available in white for joints up to 4mm. In order to cater for all project requirements, Mapei offer grouts to meet more specialist requirements.
Available in 26 colours, KERAPOXY is especially suited to hygiene areas and where resistance to aggressive chemical substances is required. New to the KERAPOXY family KERAPOXY DESIGN has a decorative finish for grouting glass mosaic, ceramic tiles and stone material with a particular aesthetic value and can be used with MAPEGLITTER metallic glitter additive in silver or light gold to add a touch of sparkle, particularly effective for metallic and glass tiles. KERAPOXY DESIGN is available in 8 colours extending Mapei’s coloured grouts range to a spectrum of 34 colours.
