Mapei stone and marble adhesive

Hi has anyone used the above adhesive. It says it's a rapid set, but is taken a while to set. Anyone else found this?

The weather is damp and it's chilly which maybe a reason it's holding back at the moment..

Hi Ollie, what substrate are you laying onto ? Just askin because I've got a job where I'm puttin onto concrete ?

It's marmox on walls and hardi on floor.
