Well this is annoying. I walked over some of the tiles this morning and after some time as I was clearing to lay some more noticed that there were three tiles lower by about 1mm. When I checked yesterday after laying I knew they were pretty level. Anyway I decided to pull them up and expecting them to break, but just by pushing a trowl under they came up. The adhesive has not even set yet and this is after 20-24 hours, I can even roll the stuff into a ball like clay.

I've now found the other fast set adhesive so should I relay with that? The sub floor is pretty cold at the moment could that be the problem? Could I have added too much water to the mix?
