Wet cutter would be ideal. However experienced tiler could do with angle grinder armed with a good blade. Solid or porcelain backing it doesn't matter, marble won't cut with hand cutter. lol. It take good skill to tile wet room properly, especially floor.
Roughly estimate would be 1 day for preparation, 1 day floor, 2-5 days walls, 1 day sealing and grouting. But it's not a good idea to give any estimate without seeing the job. Good luck.
