Marking out 3/4 Bond

This is my first crack at wall tiling. I have a tile 50cm x 17.5cm which I would like to lay 3/4 bond in a cloakroom.
Any tips and tricks would be very welcome.

Staggered at 3/4 of 50cm is 16.5cm

Any more specific's on what tips we'd like??

Thanks. No I guess its straightforward. I have a fairly narrow wall at the end with a window so I think the distances will be too small to stagger the cuts effectively. Would you continue the bond on such a wall if distance between wall and window os inly 50cm for example, maybe cut the tiles down in length to do the bond style?
