Marks on tiles

Hi everybody
I'm in the middle of my first tiling project, just cleaning up before grouting and i've notice the tiles i've cut have black marks where the lever was pressed to break them.
Of course i didn't notice until the adhesive is set, so please tell me there is some way to get them off??!!
The cutter is a cheap score and press thing with a cast aluminium lever that presses the tile

What have you tried if anything so far, what tile type are they ?

A bit of WD-40 on a cloth should remove them.

The tiles are white ceramic metro tiles. So far i've triedwashing up liquid, WD40 and elbow grease
I fear the the cutter has scratched the surface...

try ciff or better still a bath rubber

Get a ceramic or bath rubber and it should do the trick.

tape card to your breaker also i had this issue before

If it is a scratch then you'll have to replace the affected tile /s if it's just a mark it should rub off as said with a bath rubber.

if you have to remove then cut out surrounding grout so the shock doesnt transfer to other tiles when you hit it then smash the tile centre and remove from inside out

place masking tape over breaker a couple of layers is best
to remove marks try jiff (white gritty pot cleaning product) use paper towl and jiff to rub off marks

Try "Bar keepers friend" or a bath rubber

My Rubi TS does this to all white tiles, i slide a piece of card under the breaker. I use a bath rubber to remove the marks

Thanks everyone, i'll get a bath rubber and give that a try before getting the hammer out!
