I am amazed Stef, I fix Marazzi regularly, and one of the things I like most is the consistent calibration.

Are you sure all batch numbers are the same, I've never come across this problem from this manufacturer.

John I have used marrazzi a few times but not for a while & always thought they were fine.
I had a few bowed tiles in amongst the batch also. Fixed about 10m2, fixing 5m2 of 600x300 tomorrow so will see if it was only the 600s.
