How do you guys/gals get thw best results when mitering. I dont seem to be getting a good clean cut. I got a brand new blade but still not happy. I have a vitrex versatile 900 pro bridge saw and wondering if the motor is shaking the rail slightly. What blades do you guys use?

Do you cut with thw tile facing up or down as I find I got a better cut with tile facing down.

I think its down to my saw. Probably be best to use a diamond pad and just smooth it out a little.

As one of th others said, I mitre up to 1 or 2mm of the finished edge of the tile where it's not a cut edge, if I do have to use the cut edge, I rub it down with a diamond pad so that it has a small chamfer like the manufactured edge

As Ken and Steve187 for me, the Dewalt is pretty good for mitres imo,

I spent the last 3 hours giving my cutter a good going over and the cutter was out of line by 3mm. After bashing my head several times I managed to square it up and now the mitre cuts are so much better.
