I own montolit , rubi and sigma cutters and i much prefer the montolit to the rubi anyday, if you are used to using twin rail cutters it will take a wee bit practice to adapt but once you get to grips with it you wont look back , and its half the weight of a rubi as well .. p.s you can get push or pull montys and sigmas , if you are getting a big cutter i would recommend the push as the measuring bar is at the top of the machine and you dont keep tripping over it..

ive tried em all....but i like my rubi ts60 Plus.....or my tx....

that said each to thier own, one of my tilers swears by sigma and his results are superb..... so try them all out if you can and see what works for you!
seriously dagger ? i had a ts70+ and i got rid of it as it just couldnt cope , ok for straight cuts on normal ceramics but it really stuggled with large format porcelain and raked cuts ..

have you seen my work andy?

most of it (90 percent) is done with a ts60 plus....i am not blowing my trumpet, just stating that i use that cutter more than any of my others!

once you are used to a thing is difficult to get as good with somthing else...but thats just my opinion....and my rubi has not let me down yet!!!

dagger ive seen your work and its spot on , i just couldnt understand how you like that cutter, i used it for about 3 years but it really struggled with the type of work that i do ,so i sold it and got the monty 75mp , honestly its a far superior cutter , but if it works for you thats all that matters mate..

and that is exactly what i was advising....you got to try em all and see what suits you......it took me a full year to stop hitting my fingers with my tx.....ouch!!
