More experience

I have just finished my course at tile training northeast, was a great course well recomeneded, A have done a few jobs and have all turned out good. Am hopeing to get a few jobs in till i can get more experience to branch out on my own. I would also like to even go with some one and help them for more experience for my self, can anyone help? any ideas of some one that needs some help?
