Mosaic design software

Hi all,
does anybody know if there is any mosaic design software out there, which you can put the design/picture that you want to make in to the system along with the size of the required mosaic, size of tiles you have and colours available, i.e. i have only 4 different colour tile to achieve the picture. I would of thought it would possible, but i cant find anything.

You can do it on photoshop

On photo shop, can you be specific about size of tile and set the No. of colours.

I have just been on your website . Is that how you done the marilyn monroe mosaic?? Which by the way is excellent.

theres seems to be a few systems you can get online, but Ive never used any.

My supplier does mosaics from photographs

This one they did for a local Italian restaurant that I fixed for them. It's 8'x6'. 48 sheets in total
