UK Mosaic glass tile cutting

Thanks for joining me and as most I've read have come across a problem. Wife has bought glass mosaic tiles, the sheet is 30x30 made up of chip shape oblongs which are set out as you would lay bricks ( top one straddles the under two by half+half ) the official cutting method wording is:

If you have to cut the glass we recommend scoring them on a tile cutter and then use nibblers to snap after scoring. Knock the sharp edges off with a diamond stone if required.

My question to you all is which tile cutter, nibblers do I need to purchase or is any available on eBay etc acceptable?
