Mosiac on a sheet floor tile technique

Hello, can any one advise the technique for laying mosiac (on a sheet tiles) onto a floor, I presume its different to an ordinary floor tile, as in you cant move the tile in and out for the adhesive to grab.

floor will need to be as flat and smooth as possible. Bed sheets into a thin bed and tap down with a grout float or similar. Have a brush to hand to clean out any excess adhesive. Some say to stagger the joints to prevent obvious lines of grout. Bal mosaic fix would be the addy to use.

Ok, when you say a thin bed, is 3mm ok ??

3mm trowel if the small mosaics. (20mm)

6mm if the bigger (40mm)

I prefer to stagger the joints.

Also as mentioned.........the floor has to be perfectly level.

A handy one is to open up or close sheets down rather than have a nasty and difficult slicer of mosaics.
Cut the mesh in rows with a sharp knife and simplyuse a grout float to move the individual rows, closing or more commonly opening the lines up. If its done over a few rows it wont be noticed and look alot better!
