Not a brown envelope, but a wet room floor to be tiled with 60x60 porcelain. All the wet room floors I have done before have been done with the tiles water-jet cut into 2" squares and put on a mesh.
Plan is to tile the floor first to allow a bit of adjustment?
Any thing else to watch out for?
Thanks in advance

Ok, just got this floor finished,I must say it is a very time consuming process. The shower area took all morning, the rest of the bathroom in the afternoon(Luckily the TV!! wasn't installed:lol:,grouting will wait until the walls are done,
Thanks for the advice Faithhealer, I did as you suggested and dry-laid them, then marked the end points on the tiles, then relaid them on a level area and marked straight lines on the tiles with a straight edge.Much measuring , cutting, measuring and:furious3:later the results are below.
All cutting was done on the Dewalt, although it is not supposed to handle tiles of this size, only a couple of small areas had to be cut face down:thumbsup:
(More tanking to be applied to the walls but I ran out, Not due in until Thursday!)

Glad you got round it despite the lack of help from us lot! Well done FH:thumbsup:

Is there some sort of optical illusion going on with that shower? In the first pic it looks like a standard size shower and in the second looks really wide! It looks as though it's going to be a great shower but if it is really wide then the system must have some pressure for those body jets to work... ahhh just noticed how high they've been placed allowing for the water to drop:thumbsup:

Looking forward to the finished pics Tommy, looks like it's gonna be a cracker:thumbsup:
