If you (or other readers of this post) need to cut holes into glass mosaics (prior to grouting) then our diamond core PORSADRILL system is perfect.
Our yellow guideplate grips glass mosaics firmly unlike suction clamps which just fall off.

As you can see on this demo tile (splattered with 30mm holes!) we also drilled into the mosaics.
You can clearly see the result of a full hole diamond core drilled into both the main tile and the mosaics.
Perfect result.
And you can see where we started to drill with a 16mm diamond core on the mosaic.

Simply push down on the yellow anti-slip guide plate and it locks all the glass or tile mosaics together so that they dont move.

Then drill your hole through them. Because the diamond core tile drill bits are diamond they grind the glass rather than drill it.

Very easy to use and perfect results from small holes like 6mm and 8mm if you need to put in rawl plugs for items.
But also the larger sockets and cores for radiator pipes, shower heads, waste pipes etc etc.

Guaranteed to work over multiple tile materials, solid tiles, mosaics, glass, porcelain, granite, composite, resin,
Whatever you need to do the kit will grind out the perfect hole.

If you end up using a grinder to cut them use a grout float in the other hand to hold them down and keep them steady. Its easier to replace a grout float rather than a finger if you slip lol.
Dont try and cut them in one go theres more chance of them shattering. Go over them lightly first making a groove and then go over them a couple of more times while gradually cutting through them.
