Good afternoon all
I am about to start to price up a job for a 16.5 msq kitchen using natural slate and underfloor heating.
The customer is a builder and says he wants to purchase all of the materials to claim his VAT back.
Do I treat the underfloor heating as if I was using normal ceramic tiles?
Should I try and persuade him to use calibrated tiles (you know, same thickness and same size)
Should I get them to have a slate lookylike tile instead.
Any other advice would be appreciated (even from the doorman!)
