I have been trying to source a "shield" "double bent" tile for over a week now and it looks like I may have to find flat tiles to match age and color and then cut the "V" shape out of them.

I will probably have to do this by hand, any guidance on ensuring I don't spend longer picking up the pieces than the full cut ones is deeply appreciated.
