I've just registered a couple of domain names in view of creating what we have here for other trades. Although some bright spark already robbed the plumbersforums.co.uk domain on the 27th of March the little get.

electriciansforums.co.uk
carpetfittingforums.co.uk
ukplumbersforums.co.uk

OK......

The new forums are complete (nearly... should be by the time you guys wake up and see this - :D) and I have decided to release them all at the same time.

Please feel free to register on them all but please try to only register if you plan to actually post on the forums and you want to be part of that separate new-community.

I'm still fiddling with the actual forums that will stay put and no doubt once they get a few regular members they will be changed a little.

Now, I could do with some help from traders that are good in the said trade.... as I'm not an electrician or a plumber or a carpet fitter I'm not 100% certain what forum areas you would want to see and use. So I have sort of guessed, copied and thought alot about it but if you are in the trade and can suggest forum names that I just wouldn't think of then please please please let me know in here, by PM, or in the suggestions area on the actual forum.

If that makes sense.

So... for electricians and electrical related questions and answers the new forum is: Electricians Forum | Electrical Forum | A forum for electricians in the UK - Powered by vBulletin (electriciansforums.co.uk)

For plumbers and plumbing related questions and answers the forum will be Plumbing Forum | Plumbers Forums | A forum for plumbers in the UK - Powered by vBulletin (ukplumbersforums.co.uk - note the UK in the domain name / website address)

And as a member on here said once that the carpet industry is big and they have good associations and training and what-not I thought I'd do a carpet forum too... so that's Carpet Fitting Forum | Carpet Fitters Forums | A forum for carpet fitters in the UK - Powered by vBulletin (carpetfittingforums.co.uk)

The website's are empty and need some activity if you know of any articles or anything I could use to spark interest let me know.

It will be a while 'till they are as busy as this and I hope to god I get normal nice people like you lot.

They don't take up much time once they are running. It's getting them going that can be a ball ache. Although I'm trying a few different route sources for new members this time with them. I'm still setting them up and optimising them though at the moment.

Although I can freeze time.
