Hello and a big thanks to everyone on the site. Found the site a couple of weeks ago when starting a tiling job in the bathroom and looking for advice. I'm one of those dreaded kitchen fitters who seem to be much loved. But unlike most I've read about on the site I was looking for some good advice instead of handing out useless advice. From the site so far I have managed to buy a tile cutter(norton clipper 200), discovered I must remove emulsion ( a 3" filling knife from Hamilton works just fine), use of pva is a no no, what size trowel to use and how to grout properly. All this in a few weeks. You're all a fountain of knowledge so thanks again and I hope one day I can repay the favour
