Notice of late that members are looking at new member Threads - 30 viewing in some - yet only half a dozen ( if they are lucky) get a :welcome:!

I remember when 15-20 was the norm.

It's the same people welcoming newbies too which is great, but a shame some forum regulars can't contribute

Tend to agree TJ, it seems the same members say hello which is a shame as it would'nt take 2 minutes for others to say welcome.
