just started a job today expecting to spend a day lifting a tiled floor, that showed no signs of movement, cracks in grout ect, gets one of the tiles up and the full floor has been layed on roofing felt, the felt isnt even fixed to the chipboard, took me n hour max , happy days:hurray:

You don't mention if it's a thin bed adhesive fix, but as Dave say roofers felt with chicken mesh and sand/cement was a decoupling method for timber floor prior to adhesive fixing.
