New types of tile in the industry.

Hi All
Haven't been on for a while as been very busy with work. I have a bit of a strange question. Someone may be able to answer.

Just wondering if any of you guys have come across any new types of tile in the industry over the past year or so? Any areas of tiling that can be specialized in? Any new futuristic products in the tiling world?

This might not be new but we are seeing more people ordering the our Kera cut cutter now. 301cm tiles 4mm thick going somewhere in the UK. I think these types of tiles will only grow in sales over the year.

Ive heard about this product. was asked to do the mayflower theatre foyer in southampton in it 1mx1m tiles. declined it as I wasnt confident enough as never worked with it. think its something to get into? could do with a small job in it for starters.

I have seen a few of these tiles now and the only thing is they have this large close weave mesh on the back of them. Almost like roving meterial in some cases. I do know there are lot's of things you can do with them to make features etc.. Seems to be popular in London. £100+ a tile but you don't need many of them.

And as always Sigma do the best cutters for large tiles.
