Just got keys to a house ive bought for a renter,proper minter, needs decorating but been well looked after, new windows, leccys, heating, new kitchen and bathroom needed though, mind you, may leave tiles, what u lot think

Ha ha, trust me i aint keeping them,my eldest is moving out of the cottage i did last year and she and boyfriend moving in this one, think she may kill me if i kept these.

Although i aint moving the loo in the kitchen, downstairs toilet well posh
