There are lots of tiles that are suitable for use in a wet room. If you want the look of stone but not the hassle then there are literally thousands of ranges on the market that look like stone. Have a look on a couple of websites to get an idea. You could try www.casalgrandepadana.it or www.caesar.it for a start. Both of these factories make masses of stone looking tiles available in an anti slip finish.
With regards to how anti slip tiles are always look for a bare foot anti slip rating. This will be A, A+B or A+B +C the last one being the highest rating and most definately suitalbe for any wet room application. A + B would also be fine.
I think the most important thing to remember is that anti slip doesn't have to mean industrial looking and although ranges like Kerastar are ok in commercial applications you perhaps wouldn't want them in you bathroom.
