Hi Jimmy, this bathroom was tiled a few years ago in 4 inch rustic edge tiles, not brilliantly I might add but they want to keep the tiles they've got.

They are going to see if they can find some tiles for the area behind the old low level cistern (suite is 40 years old they tell me), plus because the pan outlet goes straight into the floor and the soil connection can't be moved, the new close coupled toilet will have to have a boxed in area behind it.

The cast iron bath should be good fun! :smash:

It seems I'm getting a lot of work through an unlikely source, a village magazine! Plus my wife works in the post office and is often asked for my card.

It's likely there will be a max of 2m of tiling, plus the boxed in area to do.

Just had to give a quote for the same thing Hugo mate, except she wants the walls tiled as well, job pencilled in for 3 weeks time, looks like work is starting to pick up again

Jimmy

I did 4 quotes today.
Got a 70m2 & a 25m2 porcy floors to do. Also waiting on 2 bathrooms (she wanted to get another quote before saying yes) and have to confirm my quote via email for a 12m2 kitchen floor. Got a new vets practice to quote sometime next week, too. Oh, and I had a call today to do another bathroom but don't know when I'm going to even get time to quote it.

It def seems to picking up round here!
Hope it's getting better for everyone else, too!
