apparently he's Donald Sheridan. he has a BSc degree in Building Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University, and has been in the building trade for many years. He started as a plasterer at 16. No mention of tiling experience that I could see in his Linked In page.

And don't forget to fill the bath with water and place your 240V extension in so it is fully submerged. Hey presto, you kill yourself, the missus gets the life insurance, and gets a professional in to do the job right.

Overboard your wooden floor joists with 6mm ply & it will be sound to tile to. :lol:

I was at a Home Renovation show with the family 2 years ago at the SECC in Glasgow & i was on the hunt for said DIY Donny. i walked by a stand & saw him sitting right at the back having a cuppa.
