Anyone done this before? And what was the outcome? If any.

timber floor, very stable and flat. 2.5x2.5m, chipboard.
primed, overlaid with 10mm insulation boards, then tiled. Insulation board and tiles adhered with Tilemaster SPF .

on the way home I realised that I forgot to screw the insulation boards!!!
Floor now tiled.
really don't want to rip it up. Shall I just wait and see?
