Depends on job to job. I still work out of my car so I can usually take a load to the local tip without any paperwork or fee's for commercial waste. I always write into my quote now who is responsible. Next week for example I have three bathrooms to strip and retile so the customer is aware she is paying for a skip. no customer wants rubbish lying about after the job is done and most don't mind paying a small fee to shift it.
