A few weeks back I had a new kitchen fitted so I gave my friends daughter my cooker, fridge and washer who was just moving into her first house. Wouldn't accept a penny because we've all been there. Her dad rang up today and said we have a present for you, a set of diamond core drills, for bathroom wastes inc soil pipe! Somebody was actually going to throw them out Need a decent drill now to use them!

Serious about the drill though, my old sds drill must be nearing the end after the work its done, any recommendations anyone

Saw an advert on box earlier john...wickes give a 5 yr guarantee with their drills..

For me.. i like Dewalt tools..

Just bought a Millwaukee corded drill and good for up to 65mm cores, will still use it for 100mm but just take it easy on the clutch.

Have a good Dewalt 18v cordless SDS which is about as powerful as the Milwaukee but eats batteries.
