Discuss Oops I’ve cocked up! Advice please? in the Canada Tile Advice area at TilersForums.com.

I’ve just realised that I’ve been a total numpty and have forgotten the mechanical fixings for the Prowarm boards on the floor of my shower/wet room!
I’ve stuck the boards down with Mapei Keraquick S1 adhesive (after acrylic primer on sub floor) and taped all the joints with the tape and jointing compound. If I now screw the fixings in can I just retape with another layer?
Thanks.
