Wife does the shoping. I do all the cooking.
She buys all organic fruit & veg also milk and many other things. No frozen ready meals - I cook meals from scratch. Started buying organic years ago when little lad was born - for his benefit. He's a good little eater now, has never had jarred baby food, eats rice, pasta any veg, fish etc. Has made our life a lot easier, no hastle at meal times.
Love cooking - helps me relax after work.
