One of my mates is just about to complete on a house in Central Oxford and as he is not in the "Real world " i suggested i would post up a rough idea of the jobs he needs sorting in the new house ( He is a Spy but dont tell anyone its a secret he is also a Dr. in War studies & his Wife Fights Pirates for the MOD )
Need to have two horizontal radiators removed (bedrooms 3 and 4) and replaced with vertical mounted on the same well; in addition need to have a radiator in the lounge removed - so we can make use of the wall - and a new one placed about 8 feet away under the current front bay window (we need to have this done before we can have the floors sanded down);
Any idea on a reasonable price for decoration - painted inside and out (walls, ceilings, windows and frames): two storey Victorian terraced, four bedrooms (three bedrooms plus loft conversion), hall, landing, two staircases, lounge, dining room, galley kitchen, bathroom, toilet. What would be the daily rate up there?;
The front bay window currently has a flat roof and needs to be filled in - wooden frame I would imagine - and tiled and made weather-proof.
Yes i know its not tiling but some of Us are multi trades so if you can help pm me directly and i will pass your details onto the good Dr
