Retail price of the travertine in our area (Cleveland, OH) was $11.99 but because we were purchasing so much, we paid $8.99 from TheTileShop. Once installed it became obvious that not only was the filler applied ALOT, but it was done very carelessly with long lines and blotchy areas all over it. Also, there are grey and rust areas. Would $11.99 indicate a third grade? Floor looks terrible!
